  • Provider-specific guidance banners now tell you exactly where to find your API key for each supported invoice provider.

  • The workspace owner receives a downgrade summary email listing all affected resources when a plan downgrade takes effect.
  • Locked team members and over-limit projects are shown as visually disabled (with badges) in task and timer selectors — they are not hidden.
  • Project pages in read-only mode due to plan limits now display a clear explanation banner.
